With the KettleWorx Program begin lying on your back, right knee bent, left leg bent, left leg straight. Holding your kettlebell in your right arm, pressed upwards, left arm straight out to the side. Push your kettlebell arm up, while you lean into your left forearm. Straighten your left arm as you sit up while you keep your kettlebell arm straight overhead. Lower by reversing the upward motion. Be sure to perform each repetition slowly and focus on form. Feel the muscles in your arms, core and legs activating and getting firmer. Try this exercise and have a Happy and Safe Holiday!!
