I have found out there are a few things to do before I start lifting with dumbbells. Good preparation involves making sure your body is properly hydrated and fueled.
About an hour or two before my workout I have a light snack and drink some water. Fruits and sports drinks are also a very good option and by doing this your body will be prepared for any type of workout you choose.
