If you are looking for an affordable home gym, I was very impressed with the quality of the Marcy Home Gym. For under $500.00 you get a system that is built very well, the pulley system is quiet and smooth and the attachments are easy to use.
Not having to drive to the gym and having the convenience of working out at home will definitely make it easier to stick with a good workout schedule. All you need is about 7ft. for ceiling clearance and and another 7ft.from the wall to have your own home gym system.
