When I do a cardio workout on my Boflex Treadmill I’m actually doing an aerobic exercise. Cardio has been described as any exercise at an intensity at which oxygen can be sustainably supplied to large muscle groups over time and which places constant demands on the heart and lung system, the cardiorespiratory system.
The latest fitness guidelines say we should exercise at least an hour a day and every other day my treadmill is my choice to fulfill that requirement. Some of the benefits you receive are well worth it such as: burn calories and loose weight, increase lung capacity, make heart stronger, reduces stress and the chance of a heart attack, plus it will help you sleep better.
