With all the aerobic training machines around, the Bowflex Treadclimber offers you a multiple combination workout on just one machine. If you like jogging, it gives you a dual treadle system with rolling platforms that act as a treadmill. Want to have the effect of the climbing of a stairstepper, all you have to do is adjust the pads so they lift up as you walk forward and it will create a smoother motion with less impact then a traditional stairclimber.
The separate feet on the treadclimber are much like an elliptical machine, but the feet are free and not held into a foot pad so the motion feels more natural. I was quite amazed to find out that in 22 separate trials the Bowlex Treadclimber burned up 2 times more calories in 30 minutes then a treadmill and doing this with a very low impact workout. It’s hard to beat the treadclimber when it comes to getting the results you want in the shortest amount of time.
