These days, not a lot of people have the time to go to the gym. It’s too bad that these people will never experience the healthy benefits of having an exercise routine. They may end up obese, with cardiovascular problems, or type 2 diabetes.
Here are some easy ways to get your exercise without having to enroll at expensive gyms.
1. Take a walk. Instead of driving to the mall to rent a movie, walk or jog your way there.
2. Be a stair master. Eschew the escalator at the mall for stairs.
3. Take charge of your garden instead of hiring a gardener. The lifting of pots and tilling of the soil will help you sweat out and stretch your stifled muscles.
4. Invest on a Bowflex dumbbells so that even during TV time you can still manage to build those muscles.
