Making a good choice on a purchase of Fitness Equipment is just the first step in your pursuit of losing fat and toning your body. The next thing you have to do is set goals so your weight loss will be permanent. Start with small goals, such as losing 5 lbs and a specific date that you are going to start and complete this endeavor. Make sure you keep a positive attitude about your goal and keep telling yourself that you can do this. Reward yourself with something small, a haircut, manicure, or a good book.
Take on one challenge at a time, fulfill that one, and move on to the next one. You will be surprised at how much you can accomplish with a positive attitude, because most of the time we can be our own harshest critic.
