When trying to choose between a buying a Bowflex Home Gym or joining a Health club or Gym, here are a few things to keep in mind. First is the cost, after the initial investment on a Bowflex home gym you are set to workout for years to come without spending another dime, unlike when joining a gym you have your membership fees, either yearly or month to month, which will continue on for life. Next is location and this is very important, because it can determine whether you are able to workout or not.
By owning a Bowflex gym in your own home you have the convenience of not having to fight traffic, spend money on gas, or rush to fit a workout into your already hectic schedule. Another issue is that of having to wait your turn to use all the equipment that you need to complete your workout. My suggestion is to find a workout partner to help motivate you, be there to assist you and have some friendly competition to see who can get in the best shape.
