When beginning a workout program on a Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym, here are a few tips to help you become successful in your endeavor. Drink a lot of water, a gallon a day, because your body is about 75%-80% water and all your cells and muscles are made mostly of water. Your training should be constant and regular and the weight increase should be slow and constant and as an alternative you can increase the number of reps and sets instead of increasing the weight.

Make sure you warm up properly by light stretching or using a very light weight performing the same exercise in your routine, before moving on to heavier weights. Workout your whole body, instead of just focusing on your biceps and triceps, try focusing on your majority muscle groups, working your back, chest, shoulders, legs, etc and you will find that building your arms will become much easier. Be careful not to over-train, because muscles need the appropriate rest after training so they can renew and grow.
