PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Adjustable Dumbbells

Working out with the PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Adjustable Dumbbells will never get old, because you can adjust them from 2.5 lbs to 50 lbs and further expand them to 90 lbs and again to 130 lbs. A great exercise to start with is the Dumbbell Bench Press and even though I like doing this exercise with barbell I’ve found that you can achieve better results using PowerBlock Dumbbells. Using the PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Dumbbells it allows your shoulders to move in the range of motion that they are most comfortable with and they force the smaller stabilizer muscles to do more work which in turn will give you a larger chest.

Once you have selected the proper weight for this exercise, the next thing is, start with  the Powerblocks just wider than your chest and push them up and together until they are touching above you with your arms straight. Next, slowly and under control lower them back down to chest level and try to do 10 good reps along with getting 3 sets in. A chest workout routine with PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Dumbbells will force you to use  a little bit lighter weight, but this will produce better results in the pecs.
