Regular use of PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Dumbbells will help you build the biggest arms possible and a couple of exercises using PowerBlock Dumbbells are the Incline Dumbbell Curl and the Dumbbell Hammer Curl. The Incline Curl is a great exercise that targets the biceps, because it allows for a huge stretch at the bottom of the movement, and one of the strongest possible contractions for your biceps at the top. To perform this exercise, set an incline bench at a moderate angle, about 30 degrees away from vertical, keeping your back against the pad, curl the dumbbells toward your chest, using a full range of motion and no swing ( 3 sets, 10-12 reps).
With PowerBlock Sport 9.0 Dumbbells you can build your forearms up doing the Dumbbell Hammer Curl. Position 2 dumbbells at your sides, palms facing in, arms straight, now with your elbows to the sides, raise one dumbbell until your forearm is vertical and your thumb faces your shoulder, lower to original position and repeat with alternate arm. Make sure when your elbow is fully flexed that it only travels forward a few inches allowing your forearm to be no more than perpendicular to the floor, to allow for a relative release of tension in the muscles between reps.
