While exercising on a Sole F85 Treadmill a good and very primary question to ask is, how should I breathe when running? A lot of people think they should breathe in through their nose and out through their mouth when they run on their Sole Treadmill. That is incorrect, You should allow air to enter through both your mouth and nose when you’re running, because your muscles need oxygen to keep moving and your nose simply can’t deliver enough.
On your Sole F85 Treadmill , deep belly breathing allows you to take in more air, which can also help in preventing side stitches. Try and make sure you’re breathing more from your diaphragm, or belly, not from your chest, because it’s too shallow. An important thing to also remember on your Sole Treadmill is that you should exhale through your mouth and try to focus on exhaling fully, which will remove more carbon dioxide and also help you inhale more deeply.
